Manage your subscription

Moniepot starts with a 21-day free trial — no credit card required. After that, continue with a paid plan or your access will be restricted.

Trial period

Your trial gives you full access to every feature for 21 days. Reminder emails are sent at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiration.

Upgrade to a paid plan

  1. 1Go to SettingsSubscription.
  2. 2Choose Monthly ($4.99/month) or Annual ($49.99/year, saves ~17%).
  3. 3Click Upgrade and complete the Stripe checkout.

Group subscriptions

A paid subscription covers up to 4 people. You pay once — group members get full access at no extra cost.

Add a group member

  1. 1Go to SettingsSubscriptionGroup members.
  2. 2Click Invite member, enter their first name and email.
  3. 3Click Send invitation.

Remove a group member

  1. 1Go to SettingsSubscriptionGroup members.
  2. 2Find the member and click the menu → Remove member.

Removed members lose access immediately.

Cancel your subscription

Cancellation is handled through the Stripe customer portal — Moniepot does not store your payment details directly.

  1. 1Go to SettingsSubscription.
  2. 2Click Manage subscription — this opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
  3. 3In the portal, select Cancel plan.
  4. 4Choose whether to cancel at the end of the current billing period (recommended) or immediately.
  5. 5Confirm the cancellation in Stripe.

If you cancel at period end, you keep full access until the billing period expires. Your data is retained and you can reactivate at any time.
