Subscription Billing

Moniepot offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly on your subscription date
  • Annual Plan: Billed annually with a discounted rate

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Annual Subscriptions

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions:

  • Request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • Full refund of the annual subscription fee
  • Available only for your first annual payment (not renewals)
  • Account will be downgraded to free tier upon refund

Remember: You already had 21 days free to try all features before any payment. The 30-day guarantee gives you an additional month after payment starts.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Subscription renewals (second month onwards for monthly, second year for annual)
  • Partial month or year refunds after the guarantee period expires
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the applicable guarantee period
  • Change of mind after the guarantee period has ended

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel directly from your account settings or billing portal
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund for the remaining days in your billing period (unless within guarantee period)
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime during the 30-day grace period

Important: Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund within the guarantee period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual), please contact our support team.

How to Request a Refund

If you're eligible for a refund under this policy:

  1. Contact our support team at support@moniepot.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have circumstances that fall outside this policy, please contact us at support@moniepot.com. We'll review your case individually and work with you to find a fair solution.

Examples of exceptional circumstances we may consider:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Medical or personal emergencies
  • Service outages that significantly impacted your usage

Disputed Charges

If you notice an unexpected charge:

  1. Contact us first: Please reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank
  2. We'll investigate: Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and amicably
  3. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension

Note: Chargebacks incur fees and administrative costs. We're committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and quickly when you contact us directly.
